Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Document Management: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
• Data Entry: Enter and update data in various systems and databases.
• Customer Support: Provide support to clients and answer their inquiries.
• Research: Conduct research and compile information as needed.
• Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating and managing projects.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update records and files.
• Expense Management: Track and manage expenses and assist with budget preparation.
• Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
