*Responsibilities**:

*Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields preferred.
2. Proven experience in customer service or technical support; experience in a remote role is a plus.
3. Strong familiarity with Apple products and the iOS ecosystem.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic customer approach.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
