Job Description
As a Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Apple customers seeking technical assistance. You will provide world-class customer service, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience with our products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting Apples mission.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Apple products.
Provide guidance and support on product features and usage.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Technical aptitude and familiarity with Apple products.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
