Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and respond to all guest inquiries and communication in a timely and professional manner
– Handle booking requests and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to guests
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively
– Maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing bookings and guest information
– Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Skills and Qualifications:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and concise communication style
– Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality setting
– Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all guest communications and bookings
– Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity and proficiency with the AirBNB platform and its features
This is a medium-sized project that requires ongoing support for a minimum of 6 months.
